I was impressed that they gave so many breads and olives to just one person. I think I ate all of it since they were SO good, lol! I like salty things and between the whole olives and tapenades, I was in heaven! I wish I would’ve gotten a better pic of the thin cracker/lavash type bread.

I think it’s interesting that this market sells baked goods from City Baking Company which is actually based out of South San Francisco and not Napa Valley. Oh well, the bread was delicious and cut nice and thick.

I hate to say it, but I liked the East Coast crab cake better. They tasted SO different from each other but I was craving something comforting that night and the East Coast cake had a deeper, fuller flavor. The West Coast crab cake definitely tasted more clean and refreshing.

As complimentary bread goes, these were frickin’ amazing! I don’t think I’ve really had Turkish bread before (that I can remember), and it was really good! The bread is flavorful enough on its own but I love the extras that it comes with too.

So simple and so good! The flatbread was really light and airy, but sturdy and elastic enough to take all the hummus I spread on top. Very flavorful!

Mmm, this scramble was very good and pretty healthy, even with cheese. Jalrsberg has less fat than other cheese so it was more guilt-free. All the vegetables were delicious, but I wish the eggs had been cooked as a softer scramble. That would have been perfect!

This was ok. There was plenty of food, but the quality was just mediocre. I still enjoyed it but there wasn’t much finesse to the bbq – very middle of the road and safe. The service (at the bar) was great though! My bartender was super friendly and attentive. He wasn’t bad looking either, hehe!

SO good! The catfish was delicious and perfectly fried – not greasy at all. The jalapeno-peach coleslaw was a pleasant option and you gotta love butter pickles. The sandwich was pretty large but the upper hoagie bun was too thick for me. I wish they could have toasted it a little more.

Daughters of the Confederacy Museum. This historic building sits on the corner of Market Street and Meeting Street at the western end off covered market area. It looks cool from the outside, but I haven’t gone inside yet. I like that you can walk underneath it to enter the market behind it.

Ugh! The pulled pork was super dry and the sourdough toast was just a couple thin slices of baguette. Even the rice and beans were uneventful.

This panini totally hit the spot before a heading out on a walking tour of Old San Juan. The cafe is super cute and the service was very friendly.
