This smoked trout rillette was really refreshing. It was bright and punchy and fun to eat. I would spread some of the rillette on the bread, embed some of the fried capers into it, and top it with an apple slice. Fun and tasty finger food!

Wow, I loved all the flavors and ingredients on this flatbread pizza, but it was WAY too soggy and difficult to eat. Between the caramelized onions, melted brie, super thin crust and overload toppings, the slices seemed to dissolve and was impossible to pick up or eat with your hands. I’m a fan of thin crusts (less carbs), but it has to be balanced with the right amount of toppings. And I guess the mixed greens never made the plate! This didn’t quite work for me. I did love the space and our server was really great and friendly though.

This was a perfect ending to a perfect meal! It was quite large so I’m glad we only had this one dessert and could share. I enjoyed that the pastry wasn’t overly sweet and that you could wipe up the rich, dark caramel sauce to your liking. The puff pastry was wonderfully thin and crispy and the apple filling was warm and delicious. Thank you L’Epigramme!

Mmm! I don’t eat abalone very often, but I’m definitely a fan when it’s prepared correctly. It has a tendency to become very tough and chewy so a skilled hand is needed for this delicate protein. Oswald did a great job with this dish. The abalone was beautifully cooked and still tender and very flavorful. NOMS!

These rolls were pretty bland and lacked Vietnamese flavor. They needed some mint and fish sauce or something. You really had to dip the rolls in the sauces to get any flavor – kinda disappointing.

This salad was very tasty. I loved that they used two different colors of endive as it created visual interest. The toppings were in great proportions and everything tasted delicious together.
