My favorite snack at the moment!

Favorite snack
365 branch multi-seed flatbread crackers with brillat savarin and chopped olive tapenade.

Omg, I love these! I buy everything at Whole Foods and put everything together whenever I need a little snack (usually when watching tv). Every bite is packed with tons of flavor and it incorporates one of my favorite cheeses. The brillat savarin is soft and spreadable so this snack is super easy to assemble. Noms!

Escena Lounge & Grill, Palm Springs CA

Omg, they certainly gave us A LOT of cheese! We weren’t expecting such a large plate when we ordered it, but we’re not complaining, hehe. I’m not sure what all the cheeses were but there an herb-crusted goat cheese, bleu cheese, brie, gouda, some kind of cheddar, a soft sheep’s milk cheese, and a couple other kinds. I can never say no to cheese so I liked everything. And the honeycomb chunk was awesome!

Shrimp cocktail – JJ’s Mexican Oasis

Project 365: Day 84

Boring day at work today, but did finalize my travel authorization to Charleston. I had a little scare because I thought for a moment that I was being sent to George instead. Went to the gym after work, then had dinner at Tuba Restaurant with Silverfox. Not much else besides still trying to catch up on DVR, hehe!

Shrimp cocktail JJ's Mexican Oasis

This was fresh and delicious. Great citrus flavor and the shrimp texture wasn’t chewy or grainy.

Chips and salsa. Complimentary. Yum!

Snacks – Southwest Airlines

Project 365: Day 58

Yay, flying to Columbus Ohio to celebrate Codes’ birthday. I have mixed feelings at this point because I should really stay home, save money, and not eat and drink so much this close to the cruise but Codes is one of my best friends so I’m also glad to fly out to celebrate with him. I have an early flight so I land in Columbus around 4:30pm. It’ll be great seeing him family and “eclectic” group of friends, hehe!

Snacks Southwest Airlines
