With kakuni (braised pork belly) and boiled egg.
Ramen Underground, San Francisco CA
Wow, this ramen was really good. The spicy miso broth had a great kick to it and lots of flavor. They have a basic ramen bowl, and you just keep adding extra toppings at additional cost. It’s really about the broth and ramen though, and this place is solid in both aspects. Everything else is just icing on the cake.

hehe … I was there just today for lunch. being a spicy ramen connoisseur, I gotta agree with you on this one, vicente. i know a lot of people who don’t like this place at all, but I think it has the best spicy ramen in the city. i just wish it wasn’t so small inside
Waaaah. I miss ramen so much. Nothing here. There is a place in Ann Arbor, but that’s an hour away. Braised pork belly would be perfect in a spicy bowl!
Looks mouthwatering.
Nice. Just curious, have you ever heard of Tokushima ramen??
No, I haven’t. But I’ll definitely check it out!
Love the colors and looks amazing 🙂
