Sweet and sour sauce, pickled daikon, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeño. $7
DragonEats, San Francisco CA
This sandwich wasn’t very big and there wasn’t much fillings either, but the duck did taste pretty damn good! Yummy!

Topped with fried egg, onions, jalapenos, side of achara. $10.75
Senor Sisig, San Francisco CA
The chicken sisig is a healthier option than the pork, and this was very tasty! I have to get the fried egg for extra to make this meal a bit more hearty for lunch.

Slow rotisserie roasted pork with house made onion marmalade, fresh arugula, herbed sea salt and served on an Acme Bakery roll. $10.50
Roli Roti Gourmet Rotisserie, San Francisco CA
I really love this porchetta sandwich! I can’t eat it very often because the porchetta is super fatty, but that just means it’s that much more flavorful. Noms!

Celery, house-made apple slaw, mayo, pickle, bun. $8
The Bird, San Francisco CA
Mmm, this chicken sandwich is SO tasty! It’s still my every-once-in-a-while lunch splurge. Doused in their house made sriracha, you can’t beat it!

$1.50
Arizmendi Bakery, San Francisco CA
I miss these olive rounds so much now that I’ve moved to another neighborhood! These were cheap and really tasty. I just loved the salty kalamata olives tucked inside!

Jack cheese, pinto beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa fresco, jalapenos. $12.25
Tlaloc Sabor Mexicano, San Francisco CA
These nachos were ok for the price. Maybe I just didn’t like the chicken chorizo all that much. I thought that there could be more flavor. I’m glad that they have a decent salsa bar.

Mustard, chili paste, parsley. $9.25
The Sentinel, San Francisco CA
This sammy was quite large, messy and filling! Iiked the flavor of the egg salad and it was nice and soft, but may there was too much mayo. I mean I loved the flavor, but I felt bad eating all of it.

Buttered. $5
Reveille Coffee Co., San Francisco CA
This biscuit was really tasty especially since they buttered it. It was on the dense side, but I liked it.

Greek egg-lemon soup with rice and chicken, warm pita. $8
Novy Restaurant, San Francisco CA
I love avgolemono soup, and this one was pretty tasty! I like how the lemon keeps it bright while the rice and chicken makes it hearty and comforting.

Tomato sauce, parmesan. $13
Barzotto, San Francisco CA
Mmm, this pasta was SO delicious and comforting! I loved the simple tomato sauce combined with two types of cheeses. NOMS!

Mignonette, cocktail sauce, lemon. Happy hour, 1/2 dozen $15
B Restaurant and Bar, San Francisco CA
These oysters tasted good, although they were not shucked very cleanly. Their mignonette also had a harsh flavor. It wasn’t my favorite so I ended up just using the lemon since I also don’t use cocktail sauce for fresh oysters.
