I wish I remembered everything in this dish, but it was definitely tasty. The top was nice and toasted and the cheese was wonderfully melted and delicious. $8

Fried pig ears with beer mustard. Happy hour $6
Comme Ca, Las Vegas NV
Mmm, these were very tasty and not hard or chewy at all. They were seasoned perfectly and worked great with the beer mustard.

Colorful public art, McCarran International Airport.

Barbecued chicken cooked with a unique blend of spices, with tomatoes and onions in a creamy sauce. $11.95
Bombay Indian Restaurant, San Francisco CA
I guess I’ve never really had a bad chicken tikka masala although I’ve had some that were on the verge of being too tomato-y. Bombay’s version was pretty tasty and had plenty of the delicious sauce. I just wish they would throw in a few more chicken pieces.

Naan. $1.95

Riding a Muni streetcar on Market Street.

Marinated, zesty lemon vinaigrette, aioli, smoked bacon herbed bread crumbs. $12
Fable, San Francisco CA
Mmm, I love artichokes! This dish was very tasty and the bacon herbed bread crumbs were fabulous. It took a while to eat through all the leaves, but we enjoyed savoring each one!

Bread and butter with pink sea salt. Complimentary
Gotta love warm bread for the table!

Orange orchid flowers (Orchidaceae), Upper Market.

Two sage fried chicken breasts with hardwood smoked bacon waffle tower, hot maple reduction and fried leeks. $16.95
Hash House A Go Go, Las Vegas NV

Mmm, this was much tastier and more manageable than the fried chicken benedict! The chicken was still a little greasy, but the waffles with bacon cooked into them were delicious. I just drenched everything in maple syrup and went for it, lol! I could have done without the useless pile of fried leeks on top though.

Prime beef, Vermont cheddar, and lettuce served with French fries. Happy hour $9
Comme Ca, Las Vegas NV
Noms, this hamburger was VERY tasty! The large mound of French fries were also perfeclty cooked and delicious.

Eiffel Tower at Paris Hotel.

Our traditional margarita made with Margaritaville Gold Tequila, Margaritaville Triple Sec, and our special margarita mix, served on the rocks. $8.95
Margaritaville, Las Vegas NV
Ugh, this was the weakest and smallest nine dollar margarita I have EVER had! The sad part is that I really didn’t expect anything better. What a waste!

Caesars Palace at night.

Barbecued fresh ground lamb with herbs and spices, onions. $13.95
Bombay Indian Restaurant, San Francisco CA
Meh, I really wasn’t expecting small rabbit pellets when I ordered this. The flavors were good, but unfortunately the ground lamb was super dry and there were more onions than anything else.

Colorful mural, Potrero Hill.

With fresh spinach, hardwood smoked bacon, market tomato, griddled mozzarella, chipotle cream and scrambled eggs served on a fresh split biscuit with griddled mashed potatoes. $15.95
Hash House A Go Go, Las Vegas NV
OMG, this fried chicken benedict was digustingly awe-inspiring, lol! We came to Hash House A Go Go to try this monstrousity because someone in our group had seen it on Man Vs. Food where Adam Richman ate the entire thing (ew!). Thank god I wasn’t the one who ordered it, but I did help eat it (hehe!).
The chipotle cream was a little on the bland side which is probably a good thing because you’d probably get sick from eating it all especially if it was spicy. The biscuits were dense and seemed underdone, and the mashed potatoes were also under-seasoned. The fried chicken tasted good but they were greasy. I guess what I’m saying was that this dish wasn’t very good, but it was worth the opportunity to see it in person and to give it a go. And really, it was only sixteen bucks! 🙂

The Flamingo Hotel.

Fish eggs, seaweed, red bell pepper. Happy hour $8
Comme Ca, Las Vegas NV
This was delicious, noms! It was the first time I’ve had razor clam cru (chopped raw with citrus) and I really enjoyed it. I loved the addition of roe for added texture.

Fountain in front of Caesars Palace, across from the Flamingo.

Covered with a sweet Thai chili sauce, served with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing. $11.99
Margaritaville, Las Vegas NV
Meh, these fried chicken wings were passable. They were really small and slightly dry. I did like the Thai chili sauce even though it probably came out of a bottle…
