Jerk pork shoulder sandwich – Mission Bowling Club

Jerk pork shoulder sandwich - Mission Bowling Club
Pork with grapefruit, red onions, jicama and fries. $14
Mission Bowling Club, San Francisco CA

Mmm, I loved the combination of flavors in this delicious sandwich! The pork was tender and juicy, but it was the addition of grapefruit, red onions and jicama that really surprised me. Noms! I wish the fries were less greasy, but they still tasted great.

Mission burger – Mission Bowling Club

Mission burger - Mission Bowling Club
1/2 lb aged and granulated patty, monterey jack, grilled onion, caper aioli. Served with lettuce tomato, pickles, and fries. $15
Mission Bowling Club, San Francisco CA

Noms, this burger was large and delicious! The beef patty was tender and juicy and the toppings tasted great. The french fries, while tasty, were REALLY greasy. I’ve kind of noticed that this is a trend with most of their fried items which is too bad because they have a lot of fried options.

Cajun lobster roll – Lobster ME

Cajun lobster roll - Lobster ME
Maine lobster with cajun spices, seasoned mayo, spicy butter and fresh lemon on toasted New England-style split-top bun served with Cajun garlic fries. $21
Lobster ME, Las Vegas NV

Sadly, this lobster roll didn’t have a lot of the cajun flavor that was advertised in the menu description. The fries tasted ok but were limp and greasy.

Sheesh, these burgers look much more substantial in the pictures! This tastes pretty good, but the patty was perhaps a little dry. The French fries were delicious!

Mmm, all these sliders were pretty good but I think the pulled pork was my favorite. I also enjoyed that they tried to differentiate the sliders by having different toppings and sauces.

This was one of the fancier sloppy joes I’ve ever had, lol! The pork belly was delicious and I like the bbq sauce. The onion rings were a bit greasy, but the French fries rocked!
