Miso ramen – Pao Jao Dumpling & Ramen

Miso ramen - Pao Jao Dumpling & Ramen
Pork belly, spinach, chives, nori, bean sprouts, sliced red peppers. Added kakuni and boiled egg. $12.50
Pao Jao Dumpling & Ramen, San Francisco CA

This place was new to me at the International lunch place off Kearny Street. I liked the overall flavor of the dish, and I though that their pork belly was really tender and delicious (mostly because it was so fatty, mmm…). I thought their boiled eggs was weirdly shaped thought. It was like they boiled them all together, jamming them into a bot so they became misshapen.

Touscan flatbread – South Pacific Sports Bar

Touscan flatbread - South Pacific Sports Bar
Grilled chicken breast, fresh baby spinach, olive oil, mozzarella cheese, tomato, minced garlic and topped with our volcano sauce. $10.99
South Pacific Sports Bar, Bremerton WA

There was not a lot of finesse with the flatbread. It was a mess actually, both visually and flavor-wise. It could have benefited from a little editing and a lot less of that random volcano sauce.

Seasoned chicken breast bites – Big E Ales

Seasoned chicken breast bites - Big E Ales
Boneless cuts of tender chicken breast with homestyle breading. Served with ranch dressing. $7.59
Big E Ales, Lynnwood WA

These weren’t all that special and they were actually kinda hard and dry. The breading tasted good though and definitely tasted better with dipped in the ranch. I’m not sure I could differentiate these from frozen.
