Chicken curry – Muracci’s Japanese Curry & Grill

Chicken curry - Muracci's Japanese Curry & Grill
With extra chicken, brown rice, and hot curry. $11.65
Muracci’s Japanese Curry & Grill, San Francisco CA

Omg, I’ve been craving this lately, and I’m sure it’s not very healthy for you but chicken smothered in hot Japanese curry is the best! Hey, I ordered it with brown rice so that makes it healthier, right? LOL!

Rustic neapolitan pizza – Rustic Fire

Rustic neapolitan pizza - Rustic Fire
Thin crust, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, mozzarella, pepperoni, sliced ham, mushrooms, basil, Italian seasonings, parmesan. Personal $9.95
Rustic Fire, Paso Robles CA

This pizza was pretty big for a personal size – I was expecting it to arrive much smaller. I also loved the thin crust and all the chopped, fresh basil on top. Noms!

Americana burger – Causwells

Americana burger - Causwells
American cheese, Causwells sauce, pickle, onion. Served with crispy onions. $15.99
Causwells, San Francisco CA

Ugh, this burger wasn’t good at all! The patty was hard and dry and it was just unpleasant to eat as a whole. The menu also stated that it comes with crispy onions, but I received a lame side salad! #fail

7×7 Magazine’s Big Eat SF: 100 Things to Try Before You Die

Dirty Ernie sandwich – Ike’s Place

Dirty Ernie sandwich - Ike's Place
All beef meatballs, red pesto, ranch, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, banana peppers, jalapenos, and dirty sauce on Dutch crunch roll. $12.21
Ike’s Place, San Francisco CA

Mmm, this was good. The meatballs were tasty and they weren’t hard or crumbly. They actually ate really easy. The combination of sauces is what totally made this sandwich though!

Pork sisig nachos – Senor Sisig

Pork sisig nachos - Senor Sisig
Corn tortilla chips topped with nacho cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and pickled jalapenos. $9
Senor Sisig, SF Street Food Festival 2013, San Francisco CA

This time I asked for “light” nacho cheese, and it was SO much better. I usually like plenty of nacho cheese but there are so many other flavors in these nachos that you really don’t need a lot of the cheese to dominate everything. Definitely as calorie splurge for lunch.

Vietnamese ham sandwich – Out The Door

Vietnamese ham sandwich - Out The Door
Ham, chicken liver mousse, English cucumber, pickled carrots, cilantro and jalapeno. $11
Out The Door, San Francisco CA

Ugh, the roll was really hard and kept cutting the roof of my mouth! The filling was nice and spicy though from the jalapenos and I loved the chicken liver mousse. I just wish it wasn’t so painful to eat, ouch!
