I liked the texture of the rice, but it was surprisingly on the bland side. The fried squash blossom was also cold and limp by the time this dish arrived at the table.
Pork marinated in achiote lemon sauce with marinated red onions, peppers and garlic. Served with rice, black beans, salad, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

Wow, this ribs were delicious! They were SO flavorful, hot, sticky and wonderful. I loved the combination of flavors in the glaze. These definitely hit the spot and I couldn’t stop eating them!

Octopus can easily get really hard and chewy, but these slices were very tender. They tasted great as did the potato medallions.

This chicken was hard and dry! Lame. And their “special” sweet and sour tasted funky and wasn’t very good. I don’t think I’ll ever order this sad dish again.

My favorite part of this dish was the prosciutto wrapped peaches! They were so juicy, sweet and savory. The pork was cooked pretty well too, still tender and also flavorful. I thought the grit cakes looked better on paper than what was actually served.
