This little cream bun was so cute and yummy! The bun was more dense than I was expecting, but it tasted great and was just fun to eat.

Lamb and beef with lettuce, tomato, red onion, tzatziki sauce on Greek pita. $10.50
Lazeez, San Francisco CA
This gyro was really big, but it was definitely dry! It need more tzatziki or something so help it out. Between the thick pita and dry meat, it was almost difficult to eat. Not a very good first impression of the place.

Peanut butter ice cream. Family style menu, $60 per person
Al’s Place, San Francisco CA
Mmm, this was pretty tasty! The brownie wasn’t as good as the one from Marla Bakery, but all the flavors were great and I loved the peanut butter ice cream.

Slow-roasted dry-aged Prather Ranch beef, organic arugula, caramelized onions, house dijonaise. $10
American Eatery, San Francisco CA
I thought this sandwich tasted great, but was a little surprised how small it was. I liked the tenderness and quality of the beef though.

Chicories, bone marrow, bordelaise. Tasting menu $155
Lazy Bear, San Francisco CA
This was another beautiful and delicious dish. I don’t even remember all the different techniques used to prepare the carrots, but they were SO good. I usually think of carrots as a filler ingredient, but these felt and tasted special. Mmm…

With country pork gravy, eggs over medium, home fries, and wheat toast. $13.30
Orphan Andy’s, San Francisco
Uh, guess where I ended up again, lol?! I can’t stay away from this place and its chicken fried steak. I just can’t! ๐

Grilled lemongrass Kurobuta pork, pate de campagne, mortadella, fried egg garlic mayo, shaved onion, pickled carrot and daikon, cucumber, jalapenos, cilantro. $8.50
Bun Mee, San Francisco CA
This sandwich was fine, but the cashier overcharged me and had such an attitude. So lame!

With caramelized onions. $11
The Golden West, San Francisco CA
This is still one of my favorite sandwiches that I can get near my office. It’s just so delicious and wonderful. Noms!

$4
The Slice Pizza, San Francisco CA
This pizza slice was satisfyingly salty and greasy. Too bad I was having it as a quick dinner instead of a post-bar meal, lol!

With extra chicken, brown rice, and hot curry. $11.65
Muracci’s Japanese Curry & Grill, San Francisco CA
Omg, I’ve been craving this lately, and I’m sure it’s not very healthy for you but chicken smothered in hot Japanese curry is the best! Hey, I ordered it with brown rice so that makes it healthier, right? LOL!

Spicy red curry paste with bamboo shoot, bell pepper, and basil. Combo served with egg roll, Thai salad, rice, and Thai iced tea. $14.50
Banana House, San Francisco CA
This was decent, but the curry was too runny and mild for my taste. I liked the coarse cuts of vegetables though, and I thought that the combo was decently priced.

Thin crust, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, mozzarella, pepperoni, sliced ham, mushrooms, basil, Italian seasonings, parmesan. Personal $9.95
Rustic Fire, Paso Robles CA
This pizza was pretty big for a personal size – I was expecting it to arrive much smaller. I also loved the thin crust and all the chopped, fresh basil on top. Noms!
