Chicken dumpling with sweet chili sauce, avocado roll, 1/2 shrimp cake and tartar sauce, spicy burdock salad, hijiki and soybean salad.
$12.25
Delica, San Francisco CA
I like these bentos because they’re quick and the items are of really good quality. They really need a grab’n’go hot bento though. I liked everything, but the burdock salad was probably my least favorite. It had an odd texture that didn’t quite agree with me.

Pea shoots, prosciutto, parmesan. Prix fixe dinner $29.50
Hearth Coffee Roasters, San Francisco CA
This was much better than the last pasta we had here. I loved the texture of the garganelli and the creamy sauce was great with the prosciutto. The pea shoot were also a fun addition.

$2.75
Arizmendi Bakery, San Francisco CA
This bread pudding was rich and delicious, but not too sweet. The center was warm and soft, and it was lovely to eat.

Parmesan, parsley, truffle, and lemon vinaigrette. $2.95
Lemonade, San Francisco CA
This was a great vegetarian option. It tasted fresh and bright with a lot of flavor.

House made pesto, sun-dried tomato, aioli, and cheddar cheese. $9.75
Acre Coffee, San Francisco CA
This was tasty and I love the bread that they use. The pesto was delicious and it soaked into the airy bread and made it even more moist. Yum!

Yellowfin tuna, tamago, piquillo peppers, lotus chips, namasu cucumber, green leaf lettuce, ginger guacamole, yuzu tobiko, sesame white soya. $12
Sushirrito, San Francisco CA
This sushi burrito tasted great. I loved the fresh tuna and the crunchy lotus chips really added to the experience. Mmm…

Crispy fried rolls filled with ground pork, taro, carrots and silver noodles. $6.50
Laksa, San Francisco CA
These were decent. I’m sure they would have been much better straight out of the fryer. They were a little limp once they made it to the house from delivery. They were oddly bland though.

$9
Haystack Pizza, San Francisco CA
These were a disappointment. They were neither spicy nor buffalo. The were just plain fried chicken wings and kinda dry. #foodfail

$3
Eva’s Coffee, San Francisco CA
This was cool and chill place. The baristas were super nice and this danish was large and pretty good. There wasn’t anything special about the danish, but the great vibe made it better.

Herbed goat cheese, smoked almonds. $7
Starbelly, San Francisco CA
Mmm, this was very tasty! I will say that the beets were on the verge of being overdone, but they tasted great especially with the goat cheese and smoked almonds.

Braised beef tongue, tomatillo salsa. Served with side of black beans with queso fresco. $3.50
Uno Dos Tacos, San Francisco CA
I really like the lengua taco at Uno Dos. It’s always moist and tender and I love the flavor of it. Their side of black beans is also very delicious!
