I liked the chicken more than the garlic noodles. The noodles were actually pretty bland which surprised me. Usually Vietnamese garlic noodles are packed with flavor.

I liked this salad. It was crisp and fresh. I thought their fish sauce was especially salty, but it tasted fine when you mixed a little with the salad (definitely don’t use the entire container). I especially liked the fried shallots as garnish.

These were decent. I’m sure they would have been much better straight out of the fryer. They were a little limp once they made it to the house from delivery. They were oddly bland though.
