Crispy on the outside, hot and fluffy on the inside. Just how french fries were meant to be. Noms!

Mmm, I love French fries especially ones made from sweet potato! These were pretty well cooked and tasted great.

Bourbon with lemonade and soda.

“Where it all began – the heart of the exotic cocktail as enjoyed for centuries in Jamaica. This follows the traditional Caribbean formula: 1 of sour (lime) 2 of sweet (sugar) 3 or strong (dark Jamaican rum), and 4 of weak (ice), with allspice liqueur and Angostura bitters for spice.” $12
Smuggler’s Cove, San Francisco CA
Just in time for Friday happy hour, lol! I love most of the drinks at Smuggler’s Cove, but this didn’t do it for me. I think the allspice liqueur was a bit too much.

Cliff House Totem Pole, Point Lobos Avenue.

“Mere mortal bartenders quake in fear at the sight of eleven carefully measured ingredients, but not our intrepid crew. Such is the nature of a great exotic cocktail like this masterpiece from the world famous Tiki-Ti in Los Angeles. Four juices, four rums, and a sea of spices make this ‘Superb in Taste Sensation’.” $14
Smuggler’s Cove, San Francisco CA
This is definitely a silent killer! It tastes SO delicious and fruity that you forget that it’s also packed with a ton of alcohol. One of these definitely gets you going so be careful, you don’t wanna barf in their indoor water feature. Lol!

Five white meat chicken tenders fried and served with honey bbq sauce. $8
Lookout, San Francisco CA
These were probably straight out of a frozen bag, but I must admit that they were pretty tasty! I guess fried food always tastes good when you’re drinking with friends, hehe.

Bud Light beer and bar snack mix.

I have a guilty pleasure when I’m traveling. I’m kind of addicted to that bar trivia game called Buzztime, lol! I never play it at home, but bars across the nation have this video-based game so I tend to end up at one to play. I think it’s super fun! 😉

Mr. Rex, Cabazon Dinosaurs, Interstate 10. I’ve always wanted to visit these guys ever since I saw them in the movies “The Wizard” and “Pee Wee’s Big Adventure”! Hehe

Made fresh to order with tortilla chips. $8

The guacamole was surprisingly good as random bar food goes. I was afraid that it would come premade from a bag, but it does appears like they made in on site. Hmm, now pass me another drink! Hehe.

Rose Kennedy (vodka, cranberry, splash of soda) and Sea Breeze (vodka, cranberry, grapefruit) cocktails.
Lookout, San Francisco CA
The Lookout is a pretty decent drinking hangout on a sunny weekend day. Hi Tops down the street can get super packed so Lookout a more relaxed and chill.

Rose Kennedy. September 27, 2015.

Espolon, grapefruit, grapefruit bitters, lime, soda.
Hi Tops, San Francisco CA
I wasn’t a fan of this cocktail because it was too sour! They really needed something sweet to balance it out; perhaps a splash of simple syrup would’ve done the trick.

Spicy rooster slaw, pickles, served with fries. $12
Hi Tops, San Francisco CA
I love the sandwiches at Hi Tops. They’re big and messy and packed with flavor. This fried chicken sandwich was delicious, but the chicken was a little on the greasy side. The rooster slaw was amazing though. The fries were tasty but most of them were kinda short and annoying to eat.

Bulliet, jalapeno, simple syrup, lemon, barrel aged bitters.
Hi Tops, San Francisco CA
This cocktail was pretty tasty and not overpoweringly spicy from the jalapeno. I really enjoy that Hi Tops has plenty of sports-themed specialty drinks to choose from.

Cabernet du jour, fresh pressed lime, fresh pressed lemon, fresh pressed orange, pineapple juice, orgeat syrup.
Hula’s Bar and Lei Stand, Honolulu HI
Mmm, I love sangrias! They serve this in a pretty large glass so you can take your time to enjoy. Thanks Hula’s!
