Homemade corned beef hash – Island Cafe
Two eggs over medium, hashbrowns, wheat toast. $11.59

Hmm, this corned beef hash tasted weird. Perhaps there was too much vinegar or something, but it also had a weird reddish purple color. Not my favorite. At least the wheat toast was decent.
