Dairy Queen, Port Orchard WA
This was a decent burger. The bacon was thin and not greasy, which is a good thing. The tomato was not very good though.

100% ground chuck, cheddar cheese, grilled onions, tomato, greens on a brioche roll with side salad. $13
Horner’s Corner, San Francisco CA
This burger was actually really good. The beef patty was juicy and delicious and the grilled onions were yummy. And I’m a sucker for brioche buns!

Beef patty, Swiss cheese, pineapple, ham, teriyaki sauce. Served with French fries. $9.25
That One Place, Port Orchard WA
This hamburger was nice and juicy, but a bit too salty between the teriyaki sauce and ham. I still really liked it though, and the fries were crispy and delicious.

Johnny’s bbq sauce, onion rings, smoked cheddar, and bacon served with crinkle-cut fries and a pickle. $11.95
Bongo Johnny’s, Palm Springs CA
The bacon was the best part of this burger because it was cooked perfectly. The patty was tender enough but a bit on the bland side. It could have been seasoned a bit better so thank goodness for the bbq sauce. Overall, it was ok.

Caramelized onions, cheddar, bacon, horseradish aioli and fries. $14
Marlowe, San Francisco CA
Wow, this burger was pretty delicious! The patty was juicy and perfectly cooked and although the toppings were pretty simple, they were of great quality and tasted amazing together. The horseradish aioli was also addictive and the fries were fabulous. Noms!

Beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, special sauce, mayo. Comes with French fries and soda. $6.60
Carl’s Jr., San Francisco CA
Ugh, another gross burger from Carl’s Jr. The beef patty is SO small that you can’t even see it! Remind me never to come here again!

Black angus beef patty, pepperjack cheese, jalapenos, Santa Fe Sauce, lettuce, tomato. $7.06
Carl’s Jr., San Francisco CA
Fast food burgers NEVER look as good as the menu photos, but this hamburger from Carl’s Jr. is just pathetic! I just want to laugh at how ridiculously small and unappetizing it looks. I guess that’s what I get for succumbing to my fast food urges.

This car owner is in for a surprise!

Super Duper Burgers, San Francisco CA
I really do love Super Duper Burgers. The smallish burgers are packed with flavor and the beef patties are always cooked to juicy perfection. Noms!

1/3 pound beef patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese, ketchup and mayo. Served with French fries and soft drink. 145 PHP
Jollibee, Manila PHILIPPINES
This burger tasted pretty similar to those in the States. I’ve found that sometimes hamburgers can taste drastically different depending on the country and the local ingredients used. This was one was decent and hearty enough. The French fries were pretty tasty too!

Dick’s Drive-In, Seattle WA
We might have been drunk on this night and I might have fallen on my butt in the Dick’s parking lot, but those are all just rumors, lol! Being from Seattle, I absolutely LOVE Dick’s burgers. I’ll even go as far to as to say that I prefer them over In-N-Out, GASP! But it’s true. They have such a distinctive taste and texture, and they go down WAY too easily. Another reason why I don’t think I was drink was that I ordered a Special instead of a Deluxe! I definitely was sober enough to foolishly care about caloric intake. I’m an idiot!

French fries. Soooo good!

Chocolate milkshake.

Beef patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, special mayo. Served with French fries and a drink. 149 PHP
McDonald’s, Boracay PHILIPPINES
OK, this is the last McDonald’s pic for a while, lol! Promise. This cheeseburger was pretty standard and very similar to those in the US. It did it’s job and kept us going between “real” meals. 🙂

Beach time, Station 2.

Spiced whole chicken meat topped with lettuce and special mayo. 99 PHP
McDonald’s, Boracay PHILIPPINES
We caved in and got McDonald’s because it was close to our section of the beach and we needed an afternoon snack. I think this McSpicy sandwich is much better than the McChicken sandwiches back in the States. Hmm, screwed once again.
