Mmm, these little pillows were perfection! The water buffalo filling was so good and I loved the aggressive black pepper flavor. The rich sauce and fun textures put this pasta over the top. Noms!

This sandwich was really dry! The ciabatta was dry, the pork was dry, the undressed arugula was dry, the cracklings were dry. 😦 They really need more sauce on this thing, or at least dress the arugula lightly. I liked the balsamic onion marmalade though, and the overall flavor of the sandwich was good besides being super dry.

I’ve never heard of tajarin pasta before, but I guess it’s a thinner version of tagliatelle. Anyway, the best part of this dish was the brown butter giblet sauce – omg, SO good! Combined with the grated cheese on top, it was the best combination of sweet and salty.
