Mmm, Trou Normand certainly knows their meats! This mortadella was absolutely divine. It had a wonderfully soft texture and the little pieces of goodness embedded within it were so good. The rest of the ingredients are on the simple side, but when they’re of such good quality they don’t need to be fancy. What a great sandwich!

I’m not sure how they were able to pack SO much flavor into this gumbo, but it was delicious! The was a nice smokiness to it and the seafood were cooked perfectly. I could have devoured another bowl of this gumbo!
