Bacon maple donut – Gibson’s Donuts

Someone brought a box of Gibson’s doughnuts into the office so of course I went straight for the bacon maple flavor, lol! This was pretty good! I liked the light fluffy donut although I thought that there was too much maple glaze for my taste.
Pain perdue – Big Bad Breakfast
Brandy-spiked French toast, powdered sugar, whipped cream, strawberries. Side of bacon. $10

Mmm, I really liked the texture of the pain perdue. It was really crispy on the outside and it tasted great. This place was packed with college students so it was definitely lively.
