Lulu California Bistro, Palm Springs CA
This dessert was grocery store quality. Ugh, especially disappointing because I love good tiramisu.

Ugh, I could only eat one of these. The oysters didn’t taste fresh at all and they were too warm. Gross! I wanna barf…

Manhattan cocktail. Happy hour $5

Mini burgers with lettuce, tomato, American cheese, aioli. Happy hour $4.50
Boat Shed Restaurant, Bremerton WA
These were pretty good! The mini patties were still juicy, but I wish they were a little bigger to fill out the buns better.

Lillet Rose Spring Cocktail: Lillet rose, ruby red grapefruit, gin, flowers. $8

This was basic pizza; good but not the best. The location across the parking lot from the waterfront park is great though. $3

Diet Coke.

Ravioli stuffed with lobster meat, with a light tomato basil lobster cream sauce. 3-course dinner $19.99
Lulu California Bistro, Palm Springs CA
Ugh, this was kinda gross. The pasta was super soft and the lobster filling didn’t taste very fresh. The cream sauce was also flat and boring.

Served with sourdough bread. Happy hour $6
Anthony’s HomePort, Bremerton WA
I can never say no to cheesy, baked dips. And this had some of my favorite ingredients. It was definitely rich, but it very flavorful and yummy.

Canadian bacon and pineapple. $3
Poulsbo Woodfired Pizza House, Poulsbo WA
This pizza is was ok, and nothing special. The sauce was good and the quality of toppings was standard.

Deluxe with 2 eggs over medium and potatoes. With side of bacon. $8.95
Hi-Lo’s 15th Street Café, Bremerton WA
I liked this breakfast! The biscuit batter is actually poured into a waffle iron so it’s kind of a trip to eat. You think that it’s supposed to taste like a waffle, but it tasted like a biscuit – really fun! The potatoes could have used more seasoning. The place is pretty cute, the service is friendly, and they have a VW van outside that you can also eat in.

Coffee.

Coffee mug rack. You get to choose your own!

Lunch box with check.

White truffle olive oil and chopped chives. 3-course dinner $19.99
Lulu California Bistro, Palm Springs CA
This soup did not look very appetizing, but it tasted all right. The texture was also a little off and was grainy. Definitely not my favorite.

With lemon aioli. Happy hour $6
Anthony’s HomePort, Bremerton WA
For some reason, I was really impressed with the huge pea shoot on the plate, lol! I really was though. It just seemed huge and pretty. The fried calamari was pretty good too. 🙂

Margarita, Moscow mule, sparkling elderflower. Each $5

With bok choy and ginger. $7.95
Utopia Cafe, San Francisco CA
Well, this was different! But it was pretty good (and salty). The minced pork was super tasty and the salted fish pieces were a nice addition, but I think the ginger is what really made this dish.

Vegetable soup with carrots, squash, and white beans. Complimentary

Grilled beef flap meat with roasted salsa. Served with side of black beans with queso fresco. $3.25

I think the beef asado taco was my least favorite. It was good, but I think I preferred the other meats.
