After filling up on lots of heavy savory items, I moved on to sweets. This strawberry dessert looked pretty good and tasted good too!
Roasted beet salad with citrus and goat cheese, home made Italian sausage, goat cheese ravioli with fried sage. Brunch buffet $22

This was definitely a heavy plate! The beet salad was delicious and the citrus wedges helped to lighten things up. The Italian sausage tasted great, but omg, it was super fatty. The ravioli wasn’t as tasty as it looked. It was too soft and mushy and drowning in butter.

I needed a little break from the heavier items so I got a plate with lox and charcuterie to break things up. Salty, cured, and fatty = a happy me!

Twenty two bucks, heck yeah! And it includes a mimosa or bloody mary. Wicked Spoon is definitely one of the nicer buffets on The Strip. They have a good selection and I like how some of the dish come pre-portioned. The fried chicken was good, and the spare ribs was flavorful but tough. The orange garlic chicken wasn’t spicy and the breading was a little mushy but it still tasted good.
