I’m loving Muracci’s for a delicious lunch. It gets pretty busy in there so I always try to get there early to beat the crowds. The hot curry is my favorite and the beef slices were still tender.

I liked this. I enjoyed the really soft texture of the meatballs and the curry sauce was very tasty. For a six dollar lunch special, this was great!

I liked this dish enough. The pork was good (but on the verge of being over-fried and dry). I liked the brussels sprouts and the plum pickled ginger the most. The smoked tonkatsu sauce was a bit powerful.

Ok, I’m a fan of interesting and new flavor combinations and ingredients, but this did not work for me. Both the fava leaf puree and onion crema tasted off and completely over-powered everything else on the plate. The beef tongue was also too salty. This was not a successful plate.

This was good and I liked the Frenched shank bone. Yes, the meat could have been more tender though, but I liked the flavor and the mashed potatoes were nice and buttery.

The duck tasted pretty good, but I wish the skin was a bit crispier. The sides – not so much. The vegetables and quinoa were really boring and I wish there was more of the orange gastrique to add the much needed moisture.

The turtle soup and the alligator sauce piquant were delicious, but the frog legs were very greasy. The legs had good flavor but I didn’t like that they were limp and soaking in grease. I also didn’t like the serving dish and thought that the portions were really small. I would have rather opted for a full size of a single entree.
