With tomato sauce, red onion, green olive and tomatoes. $3.75
Arizmendi Bakery, San Francisco CA
The cashier overcharge me, lame! It sucks that they don’t know how much their products costs. Otherwise, the focaccia was pretty tasty.

$24
Mission Pie, San Francisco CA

This pie was very different from anything I’ve had before. The filling was almost like a lemon marmalade. It wasn’t too tart or sweet, but I thought the flavor was going to be a brighter. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

All natural chicken, red onion, tomatoes, pesto sauce, cheese. $7.99
Boudin Bakery and Cafe, San Francisco CA
This was pretty good! I would have love a bit more chicken, but it was pretty balanced as is.

$7.69
Boudin Bakery and Cafe, San Francisco CA
I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza. The sourdough crust was delicious and the toppings were pretty good. This certainly doesn’t compare to an artisan pizza around SF, but it’s a great quick lunch pizza at a great price.

These look dry and crispy, but they were actually super soft and buttery! I thick they’re my new favorite cookie! 🙂 I brought a bunch to the office and everyone loved them. Mmm…

Grace Cathedral.

Each $0.80
New Hollywood Bakery, San Francisco CA
These buns smelled great, but they were dry and kinda bland. How did these things ever get on a must-eat list?! Definitely not worth the trip to Chinatown.

La Boulange de Market, San Francisco CA

My office bought me this king’s cake for my birthday and it was sweet of them. I even wore the crown out for my birthday work lunch. This cake very good. I loved the flaky crust and the delicious frangipane filling. I thought it was a tad dry though, but that could have been because it was sitting on my desk all morning before we had it for an afternoon treat.

Ham, red peppers, green peppers, red onion, cheddar cheese, egg. Served in a sourdough bread bowl. $6.29
Boudin Bakery and Cafe, San Francisco CA
This was disgusting! Everything was really dry and all the textures were off. The eggs were on the verge of being hard and inedible and the other ingredients were just sad. This was a lame meal I can never get back!

Newsies, Orpheum Theatre.

Josey Baker Bread. Blend of bread flour (wheat), whole wheat flour, sourdough culture, sea salt. $6
The Mill, San Francisco CA
I’m not quite sure what all the fuss is about this bread. I didn’t think it was anything special especially for six bucks. I had a few slices and threw the rest away. Lame.

Beiler’s Bakery, Philadelphia PA
Damn, the Amish sure can make doughnuts! Apple fritters tend to be dense, heavy, and super sugary but this fritter was airy, light, and so flavorful. I don’t know how they mix their dough, but it’s SO good! I think I’m in love, NOMS!

Liberty Bell.

$2.70
Federal Donuts, Philadelphia PA
This cake donut was certainly cake-y. Cake donuts aren’t my favorite but the flavor was good. It wasn’t too sweet which was nice.

Omg, this was probably one of THE best donuts I’ve ever had! They’re simple, hand made, and perfect. I don’t usually finish my donuts but I couldn’t stop eating these. They were so light and the dough had an elastic texture and tasted great. I could probably eat an entire box! The donut line gets pretty long but it moves fairly quickly.
