I think I liked the Cajun fries better than the ribs. The Cajun seasoning on the fries was great. Unfortunately, the ribs were kinda dry and there wasn’t much meat on them.

Mmm, I loved this dish since there was SO sauce over the grits. The poached eggs were an added yolk-y bonus on top! Yum!
