I haven’t had a Beard Papa cream puff in a while, but I think they changed the recipe or something. The vanilla cream filling had a different texture than what I came to expect, and frankly, I didn’t like it as much.

This was good. The texture was on the runny side, but it tasted good and I liked the croutons. I think this had a little bit of cream in it which I wasn’t expecting.

David doesn’t like the texture of croquetas, but think it’s lovely. I love the hard crispy shell, and the soft warm, gooey center. These had a great, rich flavor and they were nicely sized.
