I thought I would like this more. The gravy had a nice flavor, but the short rib was pretty tough and difficult to eat. The fried egg also looked pretty unappetizing.

The name is bit silly, but these were delicious! The arancini were moist, flavorful, and piping hot and the remoulade was a great sauce for them.
