Ok, this was the only decent dish we had here. It really wasn’t all that great, but I’m a sucker for chicken wings covered in a sweet, sticky sauce. The wings were actually a little over-fried and dry though.

Bought a dozen of these yesterday to take on our Easter wine tasting trip to Sonoma. It was a fun way to spend Easter with friends, but I might have over done it! I’m suffering today because of it, lol!

Assorted greens and oyster mushrooms. I have no clue what most of these greens were, but I think there were even mimosa (sensitive plant) stems and leaves!
Bun rice vermicelli noodles.
All the ingredients stewing in the hot pot! The server placed them in there once the pot was hot enough.
The end result was a delicious bowl of beautifully cooked seafood in a delicious broth with a little kick.

Brown sugar flavored beverage with gulaman (gelatin).

They serve this “welcome” drink when you first arrive at the plantation. It tasted ok, but I didn’t really like it so I just ended up fishing out the gelatin pieces from the bottom.
San Miguel light beer. I love how they individually wrap the napkins around each bottle for service so it doesn’t fall off!
