Perhaps these were a little overcooked?! I loved the dark, rich flavor but it bordered on burnt. I also wished there was more plantain.

This tasted yummy, probably because it was so rich and bad for you! Pappardelle is one of my favorite pastas, but I wasn’t expecting the chorizo to be in meatball form. They still had a lot of flavor and the texture was good.

I’d never had this dumpling before and I really like it! If the sticky rice dough was any thicker or less cooked, I’m not sure I would have liked it though.
