This dish was really good! I don’t think it was that authentic because it didn’t have that beautiful yellow color that most Hainan chicken dishes have, but it was no less tasty. I liked the presentation and the separate bowls of chicken broth. This dish was definitely great for sharing.

This quiche was pretty good, but it was super small! Even with the salad, was I starving for more food. I had already mentioned that we actually walked up the street and got dumplings after this because it just wasn’t a substantial meal. Yay for the products, boo for the portions.

Huh, deconstructed nachos – interesting, lol! This is totally not what I expected and I don’t think I’ve ever had nachos served this way at a restaurant. It was actually really difficult assemble so that you got a bit of everything. It was WAY to much work to really enjoy. The marinara salsa was different, but I really didn’t like it. The cheese dip was REALLY runny, also not the way I like it for nachos. Overall, this wasn’t a very good version of an American standard.
