Last time I was at Chile Pies, I was a little disappointed but this enchilada was fantastic. The ingredients were great and the different chile sauces they used were delicious! It’s a good amount of food so you won’t leave hungry.

This was definitely a better value than the twenty dollar pound of brisket, but I don’t think I’m ever gonna order the meats a la carte again because they just look sad by themselves. The combinations with sides look so much more appetizing!

The flavors in this dish were great, but the skirt steak was overcooked and super charred. It’s not fun eating a stick of black ash. 😦
