This Reuben was delicious! I love Wise Sons’ pastrami and rye bread. Their pickles are also great with it’s classic texture.

This sandwich was pretty standard and was nothing special. At least it wasn’t dry. I liked the fries though. They were nicely fried and not greasy.

This lounge was small than I expected. I arrived between international flights so there wasn’t a lot to choose from in terms of food. As more passengers arrived, they put out more food and always walked around passing out warm cookies (which were very yummy).

This was tasty and I love the bread that they use. The pesto was delicious and it soaked into the airy bread and made it even more moist. Yum!

Mmm, I still like the gyros at Ayola. I like the flavor of their gyro meat and their fillings always tasted crisp and fresh.

This sandwich was REALLY dry – from the bun to the roast beef. The beef was almost like jerky, gross! #foodfail

This was a solid sandwich. The pastrami was delicious as was the rye bread. I don’t think it was the best Jewish deli I’ve been to on the West Coast, but it was definitely on the better end.

Omg, this sandwich was HUGE! I could barely eat half of it. It was so good though, and I love all their meats. That’s why a trip to Palm Springs is incomplete without a visit to Sherman’s.

Ayola, San Francisco CA
It’s been a while since I last had a gyro from Ayola. I usually stick with they gyro platter since I’m always hungry and it provides more food. This was good though and I liked the price. Their “hot” sauce is still my favorite in the FiDi.

Dinosaurs makes a pretty damn tasty banh mi sandwich! I love all the delicious meat in this sandwich and their pickled veggies are perfect. Noms!
