I loved this dish SO much, that I kept going back for more! It’s really the succulent, roasted chicken that makes this dish. I also squeezed a liberal amount of lime juice to brighten up the biryani a bit.

Omg, this biryani was SO delicious! I loved the roasted chicken pieces underneath. They were very tender, juicy, and flavorful. The long-grain rice was also cooked and seasoned perfectly.
