Scrambled egg with scallion - Fami-Li-Hood Kitchen

Fami-Li-Hood Kitchen, Mutianyu Village CHINA

Mmm, this was delicious doused with soy sauce and chilies! I’ve always loved these greasy type omelets. I’ve only seen them served at Asian restaurants though. American restaurants don’t seem to served them this way. I grew up eating omelets like this at home. Noms!

Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash brown. Complimentary in Executive Lounge
Millennium Seoul Hilton, Seoul SOUTH KOREA

This was decent for Hilton breakfast buffet food. The Executive Lounge was great though with a wonderful view of Namsan Mountain. One of the server/busser was a jerk though. He had a total attitude!

These eggs benedict were tasty! The corned beef hash was a yummy alternative to the typical ham slices. And again, their hash browns were pretty darn delicious!

Chicken fried steak – The Cove on Castro

Chicken fried steak - The Cove on Castro
With sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and wheat toast. $13.95
The Cove on Castro, San Francisco CA

This dish wasn’t the healthiest choice and it tasted as much, lol! The gravy was delicious, and on the floury side with lots of little sausage chunks in it. The chicken fried steak remained crispy even while drenched in gravy. The scrambled eggs were nice and soft and the hash browns were warm and crispy on the outside. Mmm!
