I miss Taco Wednesdays at The Castro Republic! The tacos were so cheap, and yet they were of good quality and variety. Alas, I’ve moved to a neighborhood further away and have changed gyms. 😦

These definitely hit the spot on a random Wednesday night. And I’m totally down with the two dollar price tag. While most places observe Taco Tuesday, they do Taco Wednesday at The Castro Republic!

These were small, but very tasty and flavorful. I liked the mole sauce, and the chicken was pretty tender. And for two buck each – yay!!!
