I’m still annoyed by the ridiculously long wait that we had to endure and the bad service we encountered at this place, when the food wasn’t even amazing enough to make up for it. This bbq shrimp was super sweet and became nauseating after eating it for a while. Needless to say, I didn’t finish. This place also uses Barilla pasta, an blatantly anti-LGBT company. Definitely not returning…

Just read an article over at thekitchn.com that made me want to visit the restaurant – but then I read a few bad yelp reviews and I began to doubt it. This definitely solidifies that doubt … too bad.
It sounds like such a good concept (and the chef is publishing a cookbook!), but I guess the restaurant needs some work first
Yeah, this place gets high praise from every where, even Oprah. But if the wait is horrendous, the service horrible, and the food mediocre, then it’s NOT worth your time!
I didn’t know that about Barilla either. Learn something new every day I guess!
I did not know Barilla is anti-gay. Gosh, I am never, EVER buying their pasta or sauces! 😦
