These were really good and tasty (like anything cooked in duck fat, lol)! I just wish the parmesan wasn’t the hard, grated kind. It would’ve been better either shaved or powdered.

Mmm, the tuna was very tender and delicious. I loved the bright flavors in this dish and the peas were a nice texture against the tender fish.

I admit this is a random plate, but everything looked so good! This is why I’m dangerous at buffets, I just grab everything a once. Lol! I pretty much liked everything on the plate and quickly devoured it.
