I really liked the huge chunks of beef tongue in this sandwich, but I didn’t like that everything was cold. I would have enjoyed this more if they had grilled or pressed the bread, or quickly grilled the beef tongue.

The focaccia at Arizmendi sometimes look more like deep dish pizza slices than bread, and I love it! They always use great ingredients and their bread is wonderful.

Hawaiian pizzas have always been a favorite of mine ever since I was a kid. I love the combination of salty Canadian bacon with the sweet chunks of pineapple. Serve it on a thin crust like those at Escape From New York and you have a winner!
