Airline breakfasts are never good, and this was no exception. The omelet had that weird dry and spongy texture, and the tater tots were super dry too. I didn’t even try the yogurt.
A bed of sour cream and home fries, topped with sautéed portobellos, tomatoes green onions, with bacon, feta and cheddar cheese. Served with grits, biscuit, and honey. $12.95

Omg, there was SO much food on this plate! I couldn’t begin to finish everything especially since it was a pretty heavy breakfast. The omelet was really tasty though and I loved the creamy grits. Noms!

This was really good omelet! Maybe a bit too greasy with all the dripping butter, but it tasted great if you drained the butter to one side, I loved the simple arugula salad on the side too.

Mmm, you gotta love French omelets. And they’re even better with morels gosh darn it! This dish was lovely and I loved the elegant presentation too.
