Organic French omelette - The Restaurant at JUSTIN
Arugula, gruyere, Oscietra caviar. $15

This was really good omelet! Maybe a bit too greasy with all the dripping butter, but it tasted great if you drained the butter to one side, I loved the simple arugula salad on the side too.
