This bread was pretty amazing! It had a hard crust, but the interior was soft and fluffy. It had a wonderful sour taste and was even better bathed in the cultured butter.

I liked this enough, but I thought there was too much of the salted crystals on the outside. There wasn’t a good balance of salty and sweet.

Mmm, this po’boy was really good! I liked everything except for the bread that they used – it was so thick and kinda difficult to chew through. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and I loved their remoulade sauce. I also like that they added pickles to the sandwich. It really gave the slaw an added acidic punch.
