Mmm, andouille sausage! These were so juicy and I loved the smokey flavor – so good… I love to splurge on fatty bbq food every once in a while. Life is too short to eat healthy all the time.

Meh, I wasn’t impressed with these tacos. They were as white and vanilla as they get. And although the tortillas were warm(ish), the tacos just seemed lackluster. Perhaps they could have been grilled or seared on the flattop or something to bump up the interest.

I liked this dish, but the tuna conserva got a little bit lost perhaps because there was little of it. The tuna carpaccio was definitely the main star of this dish but all the components were very good. And oh what a delicious dish it was. Noms!
