Mmm, this was really tasty! The short ribs were tender and had a great delicious charred crust. I loved that they used coarse sea salt on the egg yolk and mustard greens for added texture and flavor, and the sambal daikon was yummy.

During boarding, I helped this lady get her huge oversized carry-on into the overhead compartment. The airline stewardess was appreciative for my assistance so she gave me a free cocktail as a “thank you”, score! I guess it pays to do a random good deed.. Complimentary

I enjoy simple desserts and this one was lovely and delicious. The sorbet had a great apricot flavor and the cardamom crumbled and chopped pistachios were fun additions.
