This sweet potato ice cream had a beautiful color and it tasted great. I loved the crunchy and soft accompaniments, and everything worked so well together.

Hmm, this was kinda too healthy for me. I needed more fat and flavor in this dish to truly enjoy it. I’m guess I’m just a horrible eater and don’t enjoy super healthy dishes. 😦

This was one of my favorite moments of the meal. I loved it when they scraped the warm, melted cheese onto the sweet potato brioche. And it tasted wonderful!
