Ugh, this donut was dry and gross and off-tasting. I later found out that it was vegan – no wonder. That just goes to show that some vegan food doesn’t come anywhere close to tasting as good as the original. The latte was ok, and the guys working the store were friendly enough. I hated that their wifi wasn’t working, lame…

Mmm, I liked this pastry! It was moist and the apple filling was delicious. I liked the combination of crumbles and frosting on the outer rim.

Mmm, I love fruit danishes, and this was pretty scrumptious. Again, not the best I’ve ever had but still very tasty. And WAY better than the fake La Boulange crap they serve at Starbucks!
I bought this danish because I liked its shape and color. It wasn’t the usual circular danish that you normally find, and it was pretty good. The margins were a bit overdone for my taste though. $3

Specialty’s is right outside my Bart Station so it’s pretty convenient. They also sell discounted day old pastries which I don’t mind grabbing once in a while. This peach croissant was ok, and you could definitely tell it wasn’t freshly baked. Day old $1.49
