That egg is definitely sunny-side-up and not fried. I’m not complaining, but it just wasn’t what the menu said. This sandwich was really good, but also really heavy. I could barely finish it. It normally comes with fries, but I asked for a side salad instead. I can’t imagine trying to eat the sandwich AND French fries with it. I would probably explode, lol!

This tasted fine and all, but I think there were too many competing ingredients and flavors. Everything just got jumbled together and lost becoming an unmemorable dish.

With all the heavy items they have on their menu, it’s nice that they have an option of this egg white omelet filled with veggies. It’s quite large though so I don’t think you’re saving on calories either way. 🙂

Wow, the pork belly was super tasty and tender. I loved the kimchi pico and the spicy guacamole too. This plate was actually pretty substantial especially with the potatoes so I just ate on “taco” and took the other to-go. Mmm…

This benedict was very tasty, but I didn’t like the bread that they used. It was too dense and chewy with not enough air pockets. It would have been a home run with a better muffin.

This was delicious! I liked the fresh baked english muffins – they had a nice texture and were hearty enough to hold up to the toppings and hollandaise. The hollandaise was also lovely and wasn’t too heavy. Mmm…

Their offerings at this Hampton Inn were pretty basic. They even had the gross scrambled eggs that feel and taste like they’ve been boiled or something. I didn’t expect much more for Redding though, lol!
