So much food! I’m not sure all this fried food is the best choice when you’re trying to look sexy at the pool, but it certainly tastes good. And the service was very friendly and accommodating.

These tacos were ok. I couldn’t find any of the promised pico de gallo which it could have used since the fish was kinda dry. Hmm…

This was a nice and refreshing poolside salad. The combination of flavors was on point and the compressed melons had a fun texture. The prosciutto tasted great with the peppery arugula.
With dipping sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.

These beignets were decent. They could have been more fluffy, but they tasted great and I loved the clean presentation.

I thought the caramelized onion glaze was delicious and the beef was tender enough. The vegetables were ok, but maybe a bit overcooked.
English cucumbers, vine ripe tomatoes, mint, cilantro topped with cellophane noodles, poached shrimp and served with peanut dressing.

This salad was really refreshing. I wish there was less noodles and more greens though, but it was nicely presented.
