This dish wasn’t very good. In addition to the gross amount of floating oil, the spareribs were fatty and didn’t have much meat on them. The vegetables were also mushy and disgusting.

These meatballs tasted great! They were moist and flavorful, and paired well with the tomato and red pepper sauce (piperade) and tzatziki. I wish they served it with more of the grilled bread though. You only get two measly slices. 😦
Tomato jam, lavender honey. $10

These croquettes were very tasty, but I think that they were too rich to comfortably eat more than a couple. The lavender honey was especially wonderful as an accompaniment though. Mmm…
