The frittata had an interesting, airy/squishy texture but it still tasted great. I’d never had their sweet potato bread before, and I really liked it.

This was a nice break from the usual fish and chips that I normally eat at the SeaTac airport. These taco were pretty good, but the service was horrendous! There was a crowd of people waiting for their food. It seemed like the stand was grossly understaffed and it annoyed everyone.

Hotel Albatross, Seattle WA
This was really cute and had a lot of different, fun textures. The carnitas was good and I liked the puffy taco shell. I also liked the height of the taco, it was almost like a small salad.
