Sorry! I forgot to take a pic until after eating these, lol! I loved the flavor of these snails. They were slightly pungent, but the stewy sauce that they were in was delicious and rich enough to stand up to the snail flavor.

This burger always hits the spot! It’s the perfect combination of meaty, cheesy, saucy, and pickly. SO good!

This was gross. There was SO much tomato, and the bread wasn’t toasted well so that it became a soggy mess. Yuck! I guess the food matches the service – horrible.

These large shrimp were expensive, but they were so fresh and delicious! I had a field day sucking on the heads for all the yummy juices. Noms!!

This dish was great! I almost liked it more than their paella. Again, this shows just a small portion of the entire dish that came out for only one person. The noodles were thin and soft, but still were able to retain a lot of the sauce. And the seafood was great too.
Hue style spicy noodle soup with beef. $9.55

They’ve increased the price of this noodle soup since the last time I had lunch here. It was still very tasty, but the beef was on the dry and chewy side. I didn’t eat much of the blood cubes since they have such a strong taste. I enjoyed this overall though.

Even better than this delicious paella was the service from David the owner of this restaurant at the Mercat del Ninot. I loved the rich saffron flavor of this paella and the texture of the al dente bomba rice.

This was my first plate of the warm tapas at Taktika Berri and they were delicious! I loved the foie gras and the sausage! The chilies weren’t very warm but they also had great flavor.

I feel like whenever I order animal style fries, it becomes less about the French fries and more about the toppings. I find that I stop eating the fries once all the toppings are gone. What is wrong with me?! Lol! These are definitely a decadent item that I only get every once in a while.
