Mmm, this lobster benedict was delicious! I love the large pieces of lobster and the green goddess hollandiase sauce was very tasty.

Smoked salmon hash - Eight4Nine
Two farm eggs, house-smoked salmon, baby red potato, onion, fresh herbs, lemon hollandaise, capers. $16

This hash was pretty good. I liked the flavor of the smoked salmon and the hollandaise. The super small, chopped dish of melons really odd though and difficult to eat.
